米力农治疗慢性心衰的疗效及对心脏收缩功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究米力农治疗慢性心衰的疗效及对心脏收缩功能的影响。方法研究对象为整群选取的2013年1月—2014年8月就诊于该院的慢性心衰患者92例,按照随机法分为干预组(n=50)和对照组(n=42),均给予常规对症治疗,干预组加用米力农治疗,持续给药1周,评价两组患者治疗效果,比较左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)水平,并进行6 min步行试验。结果干预组治疗后总有效率96.0%与对照组83.3%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组治疗后LVEF水平(36.9±5.2)%及6 min步行距离(316.4±50.3)m较治疗前明显较高,与对照组治疗后(34.6±4.8)%、(243.7±50.9)m比较也显著偏高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米力农用于治疗慢性心衰疗效显著,能改善患者心脏收缩功能,临床应用价值高,值得推广。Objective To study the curative effect of milrinone in treatment of chronic heart failure and effect on cardiac systolic function. Methods 92 cases of patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into intervention group（n=50）and control group（n=42）, both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment, the intervention group were given additional milrinone treatment for 1 week continually, the treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVEDD）and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）level were compared, and the patients received 6-minute walking test performance. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the intervention group were obviously different from that in the control group（96.0% vs 83.3%）（P〈0.05）; the LVEF level and 6-minute walking test performance in the intervention group after treatment were obviously higher than those before treatment, and also obviously higher than those in the control group after treatment（36.9±5.2）% vs（34.6±4.8）%,（316.4±50.3）m vs（243.7±50.9）m, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Milrinone in treatment of chronic heart failure has an obvious curative effect and can improve the patient＇s cardiac systolic function with high clinical application value, which is worth promoting.
