贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的对贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的临床疗效进行分析。方法整群选取2013年12月—2014年12月期间的64例诊断患有原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的老年患者随机分成两组,32例观察组和32例对照组,观察组给予贝那普利和美托洛尔,对照组仅给予贝那普利,疗程6个月,观察各组患者血压、心率、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)等心功能指标。结果治疗前观察组与对照组LVEDD、LVESD和LVEF等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组与对照组LVEDD、LVESD和LVEF等指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗效高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合美托洛尔能显著提高老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的治疗疗效。Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of benazepril combined with metoprolol in treatment of elderly essential hypertension combined with heart failure. Methods 64 cases of patients with elderly essential hypertension combined with heart failure treated from December 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each, the observation group were treated with benazepril combined with metoprolol, the control group were treated with benazepril, and the course of treatment was 6 months, and the heart function indicators of the blood pressure, heart rate, left ventricular end diastolic dimension（LVEDD）, left ventricular end-systolic dimension（LVESD） and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） were observed. Results The differences in LVEDD, LVESD and LVEF between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; the differences in LVEDD, LVESD and LVEF between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the clinical curative effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Benazepril combined with metoprolol can obviously improve the treatment curative effect of elderly essential hypertension combined with Heart failure.
