摘　　要：目的探讨血浆D-二聚体联合降钙素原检测对脓毒症患儿危险分层及预后判断的价值。方法将整群选取的该院2014年2月—2015年3月期间收治脓毒症患儿70例分为脓毒症组/严重脓毒症组。选择同期非感染全身炎症反应综合征患儿40例为对照组。对血浆D-二聚体、降钙素原进行对比。结果严重脓毒症组检出水平明显高于脓毒症组、对照组(P<0.05)。生存组检出水平明显低于死亡组(P<0.05)。检出水平与患儿预后有正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论血浆D-二聚体联合降钙素原检测在脓毒症患儿危险分层以及预后判断方面的价值确切,需引起临床重视。Objective To observe the value of plasma D- dimer combined with procalcitonin detection for risk stratification and prognosis judgment in septic children. Methods 70 cases of septic children treated in our hospital from February 2014 to March 2015 were divided into sepsis group and severe sepsis group, 40 cases of children with non-infectious systemic inflammatory response syndrome treated in the same period were selected as the control group, and the plasma D- dimer and procalcitonin of the three groups were compared. Results he detection level in the severe sepsis group was obvious higher than that in the sepsis group and control group（P〈0.05）, the detection level in the survival group was obviously lower than that in the death group（P〈0.05）, the detection level had a positive correlation with the prognosis of children（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The value of plasma D- dimer combined with procalcitonin detection for risk stratification and prognosis judgment in septic children is definite, and it needs clinical attention.
