肠造口袋在泌尿术后尿外渗伤口的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨肠造口袋在泌尿手术后尿外渗伤口的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年7月—2014年7月在该院泌尿外科接受手术后并发尿外渗切口的150例患者临床资料,随机分为研究组和对照组,两组均给予尿外渗切口常规处理,对照组在此基础上加用传统的尿路造口袋护理,研究组则在此基础上加用肠造口袋护理,比较手术效果及感染情况。结果研究组周围皮炎发生率14.7%,显著低于对照组的58.7%(P<0.05)。两组首个造口袋使用时间、敷料更换频率和切口护理费用对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论较传统的尿路造口袋,肠造口袋护理更利于减少肠造口周围皮炎感染和皮肤损伤,且护理费用低,适合基层医院推广。Objective To discuss the application value of intestinal ostomy bag in the exosmotic wound after urinary surgery. Methods The clinical data of 150 cases of patients complicated by urinary extravasation incision after urinary surgery of our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups, both groups were given routine treatment of urinary extravasation incision, the control group were given traditional urinary passage ostomy bag nursing on the basis of routine treatment, the research group were given additional intestinal ostomy bag nursing on the basis of routine treatment, the surgical effects and infections of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of dermatitis around in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group（14.7% vs 58.7%）（P〈0.05）, the differences in the service time of the first ostomy bag, surgical dressing replacing frequency and incision nursing cost between the two groups were obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the traditional urinary passage ostomy bag, intestina ostomy bag nursing is more conducive to reducing dermatitis infection and skin injury around enterostomy and the nursing cost is low, and it is suitable for primary hospital to promote.
