STARR手术治疗出口梗阻型便秘临床效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析STARR手术治疗出口梗阻型便秘临床效果。方法随机选取从2014年7月—2015年7月收治的出口梗阻型便秘患者100例,随机分为对照组(50)与治疗组(50),对照组采取传统手术治疗,治疗组采取STARR手术治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗组手术时间、住院时间、疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为96.00%,对照组为78.00%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组未出现并发症,对照组并发症发生率为10.00%,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对出口梗阻型便秘患者采取STARR手术治疗,效果明显,安全可靠,具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of STARR operation in treatment of outlet obstruction type constipation.Methods 100 cases of patients with outlet obstruction type constipation treated from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group were treated with traditional operation treatment, the treatment group were treated with STARR operation, the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time, length of stay and pain degree evaluation in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（96.00%vs 78.00%）（P〈0.05）, the incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（ 0 vs10.00%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion STARR operation in treatment of patients with outlet obstruction type constipation has an obvious effect and it is safe and reliable, which is of clinical application value.
