妇产科急症出血经导管动脉栓塞术治疗临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨经导管动脉栓塞术治疗妇产科急症出血的临床价值。方法整群选取2013年12月—2014年12月期间在该院接受治疗的妇产科急症出血患者72例作为该的研究对象,按数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。其中对照组36例患者采取保守治疗法,观察组36例患者采取经导管动脉栓塞术进行治疗。对比观察两组治疗方法的止血时间、止血有效率、子宫切除率及不良反应发生率。结果采取经导管动脉栓塞术治疗的观察组止血有效率(86.11%)明显高于对照组(41.67%),P<0.05;止血时间(1.56±0.59)h明显短于对照组(7.68±1.55)h,P<0.05;子宫切除率(13.89%)与不良反应发生率(8.33%)明显低于对照组(58.33%,36.11%),组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论经导管动脉栓塞术治疗妇产科急症出血的临床效果显著,可进一步研究并推广。Objective To discuss the clinical value of transcatheter arterial embolization in treatment of emergency bleeding in the obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods 72 cases of patients with emergency bleeding treated in the the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the control group were treated with conservative treatment, the observation group were treated with transcatheter arterial embolization, the bleeding time, bleeding effective rate,hysterectomy rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two treatment methods were compared and observed. Results The hemostasis effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（86.11% vs41.67%）,P〈0.05,the hemostasis time was obviously shorter than that in the control group（1.56±0.59）h vs（7.68±1.55）h, P〈0.05, the hysterectomy rate and incidence of adverse reactions were obviously lower than those in the control group,（13.89% vs 58.33%）,（8.33% vs 36.11%）, and the differences between groups were statistically significant P〈0.05. Conclusion Transcatheter arterial embolization in treatment of emergency bleeding in the obstetrics and gynecology department has an obvious clinical effect, which can be further researched and promoted.
