腹腔镜引导宫颈骶主韧带复合体修复术治疗子宫脱垂的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜引导宫颈骶主韧带复合体修复术治疗子宫脱垂的疗效。方法整群选取2011年9月—2013年9月医院择期手术治疗的子宫脱垂患者72例作为研究对象,采用数字随机对照表将患者分为观察组和对照组,各36例。观察组行腹腔镜引导宫颈骶主韧带复合体修复术,对照组行阴式子宫切除联合阴道前后壁修补术,记录两组手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间,记录两组痊愈率及术后1年、2年复发率。结果观察组治疗有效率为100.0%显著高于对照组88.89%,术后2年复发率分别为0.0%显著低于对照组13.89%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后排气时间和住院时间分别为(28.64±4.11)h、(5.29±0.97)d显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜引导宫颈骶主韧带复合体修复术治疗子宫脱垂疗效确切。Objective To discuss the curative effect of repair of cervical sacral main ligament complex guided by laparoscopy in treatment of procidentia uteri. Methods 72 cases of patients with procidentia uteri choosing elective surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the observation group were treated with the repair of cervical sacral main ligament complex guided by laparoscopy, the control group were treated with vaginal hysterectomy combined with colporrhaphia anterior-posterior, the operation time, postoperative exhaust time, length of stay, the cure rate and the recurrence rate of postoperative 1 year and 2 years of the two groups were recorded. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（100.0% vs 88.89%）, the recurrence rate of postoperative 2 years was obviously lower than that in the control group（0.0% vs 13.89%）, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the postoperative exhaust time and length of stay were respectively（28.64±4.11）h and（5.29±0.97）d, which were obviously shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of repair of cervical sacral main ligament complex guided by laparoscopy in treatment of procidentia uteri is definite.
