喜炎平注射液对慢性肾炎湿热证的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨喜炎平注射液对慢性肾炎湿热证的疗效。方法整群选取2012年3月—2015年3月医院收治的慢性肾炎湿热证患者184例随机分成两组,每组92例,对照组给予苦碟子注射液,观察组在对照组基础上加用喜炎平注射液,比较两组治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率为91.3%,无不良反应发生,对照组治疗有效率为69.6%,不良反应发生率为8.7%,两组结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液对慢性肾炎湿热证的疗效满意,值得应用。Objective To discuss the curative effect of xiyanping injection for damp-heat syndrome of CGN. Methods 184 cases of patients with damp-heat syndrome of CGN treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 92 cases in each, the control group were treated with kudiezi injection, the observation group were treated with additional xiyanping injection on the basis of the control group, the treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were respectively 91.3% and 0 in the observation group and 69.6% and 8.7% in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant by comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of xiyanping injection for damp-heat syndrome of CGN is satisfactory, which is worth application.
