CT定位引导下脑出血穿刺引流术后的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在CT定位引导下脑出血穿刺引流术后的护理效果。方法整群选择医院2012年2月—2015年1月间收治的96例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行CT定位引导下脑出血穿刺引流术,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者死亡率4.17%,对照组患者死亡率6.25%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组39.58%(19例)患者生活基本自理,对照组20.83%(10例)患者生活基本自理,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组神经功能缺损评分为(29.5±9.8),明显高于对照组评分(25.8±6.9),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够明显提高CT定位引导下脑出血穿刺引流术后患者的生活自理能力,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention for cerebral hemorrhage treated by puncture and drainage with CT localization and guidance. Methods 96 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted in hospital from February 2012 to January 2015 were selected as the subjects and given puncture and drainage with CT localization and guidance. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 48 cases in each. Both groups were given the conventional nursing, in addition, the observation group was given the nursing intervention. And the nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The difference in the mortality between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant（4.17% vs 6.25%）（P〉0.05）. The proportion of patients who could take care of themselves basically was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group[39.58%（19 cases）vs 20.83%（10 cases）]（P〈0.05）. The neurological impairment scores were obviously higher in the observation group than those in the control group[（29.5±9.8） vs（25.8±6.9）]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the self-care ability in patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated by puncture and drainage under CT localization and guidance,so it is worth promoting.
