同步推量调强放疗治疗多发脑转移瘤的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨同步推量调强放疗治疗多发性脑转移瘤的临床疗效。方法整群选取2012年10月—2014年9月该院收治的多发性脑转移瘤患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。其中对照组给予全脑放疗联合三维适形放疗治疗,观察组给予同步推量调强放疗治疗,观察两组的治疗疗效和放疗1年后的存活率。结果放疗后,对照组的有效率为80.65%,观察组的有效率为93.55%,观察组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=8.13,P〈0.05）。放疗后1年的存活率,对照组为51.61%,观察组为67.74%,观察组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=7.29,P〈0.05）。结论同步推量调强放疗治疗多发性脑转移瘤具有显著的临床疗效,提高了放疗后的存活率。因此,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of synchronous boost intensity modulated radiotherapy in treatment of multiple brain metastasis. Methods 62 cases of patients with multiple brain metastasis admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2012 to September 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups,the control group were treated with whole brain radiotherapy combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, the observation group were treated with synchronous boost intensity modulated radiotherapy, the treatment curative effect and survival rate after one year of radiotherapy of the two groups were observed. Results After radiotherapy, the effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,（80.65% vs 93.55%）,there was an obvious difference between the two groups by comparison,（χ~2=8.13,P 0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant, the survival rate after one year of radiotherapy in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,（51.61% vs67.74%）, there was an obvious difference between the two groups by comparison（χ~2=7.29,P0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Synchronous boost intensity modulated radiotherapy in treatment of multiple brain metastasis has an obvious clinical curative effect and improves the survival rate after radiotherapy, therefore, it is worth promotion.
