腹腔镜与开腹直肠癌根治术近期和远期疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比腹腔镜与开腹直肠癌根治术近期以及远期疗效。方法随机选取2012年4月—2014年4月间于该院接受治疗的60例直肠癌患者作为研究对象。对照组采取开腹手术,观察组采取腹腔镜手术,两组各纳入30例。观察并对比两组术中出血量、手术时间、淋巴结清扫个数、住院时间、并发症发生几率、局部复发率以及转移率。结果观察组患者的术中出血量为(95.7±27.7)m L、手术时间为(142.1±21.6)min、淋巴结清扫个数为(19.5±2.1)个、住院时间为(8.5±2.4)d、并发症发生几率为(16.7)%,均优于对照组(P<0.05),局部复发率为10.0%,转移率为13.3%,与对照组相比则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种治疗方法对于直肠癌的远期疗效相仿,但腹腔镜手术安全性更高,更有利于患者术后康复。Objective To compare the short-term and long-term curative effect of laparoscope and open radical resection.Methods 60 cases of patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were randomly selected as the research object and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group were treated with laparotomy, the observation group were treated with laparoscopic operation, the intraoperative blood loss, operation time, number of lymph node dissection, length of stay, probability of complications, local recurrence rate and transport rate of the two groups were observed. Results The intraoperative blood loss, operation time, number of lymph node dissection, length of stay and probability of complications were respectively（95.7±27.7）ml,（142.1±21.6）min,（19.5±2.1）,（8.5±2.4）d and 16.7%in the observation group, which were better than those in the control group,（P〈0.05）, the local recurrence rate and transport rate were respectively 10.0% and 13.3% in the observation group, which were not obviously different from those in the control group,（P0.05）. Conclusion The long-term curative effect of the two treatment methods for colorectal cancer is similar, but the security of laparoscopic operation is higher, and it is more conducive to the postoperative rehabilitation.
