RTE在评估无精子症睾丸生精功能中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的对实时超声弹性成像（RTE）在无精子症睾丸生精功能中的应用价值进行调查。方法整群选择该院2013年9月—2015年2月间收治的30例梗阻性无精子症患者和50例非梗阻性无精子症患者,同时选择同时段20例健康患者作为对照组,所有人员均进行实时超声弹性成像检查。结果非梗阻无精子症患者评分为3级、4级者居多,分别为21例,16例;梗阻性无精子症患者评分为2级、3级者居多,分别为18例,7例;健康人员评分为2级者居多,人数为12例。非梗阻无精子症患者睾丸平均体积明显小于梗阻性无精子症、健康人员,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;梗阻性无精子症患者睾丸体积与健康人员比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。1组、2组人员弹性评分为3~5分者人数居多,明显高于3组、4组、5组人员,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论实时超声弹性成像能够对睾丸的体积进行判断,对睾丸的生精能力有一定的判断价值。Objective To survey the application value of RTE in testicular spermatogenic function in patients with azoospermia Methods 30 cases of patients with obstructive azoospermia and 50 cases with non-obstructive azoospermia treated in our hospital from September 2013 to February 2015 were selected, at the same time, 20 cases of healthy people treated at the same period were selected as the control group, and all patients were given RTE examination. Results The score of patients with non-obstructive azoospermia was mainly in level 3（ 21 cases） and level 4（ 21 cases）, the score of patients with obstructive azoospermia was mainly in level 2（ 18 cases） and level 3（ 7 cases）, the score of healthy people was mainly in level 1（12 cases）, the average testis volume in patients with non-obstructive azoospermia was obviously smaller than that of patients with obstructive azoospermia and healthy people, and the comparison had statistical significance（P0.05）,there was no obvious difference in the testis volume between the patients with obstructive azoospermia and healthy people（P0.05）, the elastography score of group 1 and group 2 was mainly 3~5 points, which were obviously higher than that of group 3, group 4 and group 5, and the comparison had an obvious difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion RTE can judge the testis volume and is of a certain judgment value to the testicular spermatogenic function.
