PET/CT SUVave值、核抗原Ki-67与非霍奇金淋巴瘤分期之间的相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨研究非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者PET/CT SUVave值(SUVmax的平均值)、核抗原Ki-67与分期之间的相关性。方法随机选取2009年1月—2015年11月该院收治的40例初治非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者进行回顾性分析,所有患者均在治疗前进行18F-FDG PET/CT检查和免疫组化检查(Ki-67)。结果非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者SUVave值(SUVmax平均值)和Ki-67呈显著正相关(r=0.653,P<0.05)。非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者SUVave值与淋巴瘤分期无关;Ki-67与分期也无统计学意义。结论 SUVave与Ki-67之间成显著正相关关系,但两者与分期之间均无明显相关性。Objective To study and research the correlation between PET/CT SUVave value（mean value of SUVmax）, nuclear antigen Ki-67 and staging in patients with non-hodgkin lymphoma. Methods 40 cases of patients with non-hodgkin lymphoma in the initial treatment from January 2009 to November 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, all patients were given18F-FDG PET/CT examination and immunohistochemical examination（Ki-67）before treatment. Results For patients with non-hodgkin lymphoma, the SUVave value（mean value of SUVmax） obviously had a positive correlation with Ki-67, correlation coefficient（r=0.653,P〈0.05）, the SUVave value had no correlation with lymphoma Pstaging, there was no statistical significance between Ki-67 and staging. Conclusion The SUVave obviously has a positive correlation with Ki-67, however,there was no obvious correlation between the two and staging.
