摘  要:目的 探讨生物反馈联合电刺激在产后盆底康复的应用价值。方法该研究整群选取于2014年1—12月将在该院顺产后的初产妇248例为研究对象,按照数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组,每组124例,其中对照组采用盆底肌训练,而研究组则采用神经肌肉刺激治疗仪进行电刺激联合生物反馈治疗。结果在治疗后研究组产妇的盆底综合肌力较对照组明显改善(χ^2=16.05,P〈0.05)。在治疗后20周,研究组产妇的阴道肌电电压明显升高[(20.15±7.43)μV],而夜尿次数[(1.35±0.51)次]明显下降(t=4.85、5.42,P〈0.05)。结论生物反馈联合电刺激治疗可以显著促进产后盆底康复,值得临床推广使用。Objective To discuss the application value of biofeedback electric stimulation therapy in the postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods In this study, in January 2014 to December 2014 will be for the study according to the number table, randomly divided into study group and control group in the early postpartum maternal Second Hospital of Fuzhou along the 248 cases, 124 cases in each group, in which the control group using pelvic floor muscle training, and research groups are using neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy device stimulation and biofeedback therapy. Results After treatment, the pelvic floor comprehensive muscle strength in the research group was obviously improved compared with that in the control group,(χ~2=16.05,P〈0.05), in the 20 w after treatment, the vaginal myoelectricity voltage was obviously improved [(20.15±7.43)μV] but the nocturia frequency was obviously decreased [(1.35±0.51)times],(t=4.85、5.42,P〈0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback combined with electric stimulation therapy can obviously promote the postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
