舒适护理在继发性高血压并发脑出血护理中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨舒适护理在继发性高血压并发脑出血护理中的临床效果。方法选取2012年5月—2014年6月收治的120例继发性高血压并发脑出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组(对照组和观察组),对照组继发性高血压并发脑出血患者采用基础护理措施,观察组继发性高血压并发脑出血患者采用舒适护理措施,观察两组继发性高血压并发脑出血患者的护理满意度、生活质量评分、巴氏指数评分及神经功能评分。结果经过护理后,观察组继发性高血压并发脑出血患者的巴氏指数评分(56.25±6.14)分、神经功能评分(16.35±10.53)分及生活质量评分(89.63±2.53)分明显优于对照组继发性高血压并发脑出血患者(P<0.05);观察组继发性高血压并发脑出血患者的护理满意度(96.67%)明显优于对照组继发性高血压并发脑出血患者(P<0.05)。结论给予继发性高血压并发脑出血患者舒适护理措施,能够有效提高患者的神经功能,改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的护理满意度,值得在临床护理中进一步推广及运用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfort nursing in patients with secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 120 cases with secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage admitted from May 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomized into two groups, the control group and the observation group, treated by the basic nursing intervention and the comfort nursing intervention, respectively. The level of patients＇ satisfaction with nursing, quality of life score, Barthel Index score, and nerve function score were observed in both groups. Results After nursing, the Barthel Index score in the observation group was（56.25 ± 6.14） points, which was much higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; the nerve function score in the observation group was（16.35 ± 10.53） points,which was much better than that in the control group（P0.05）; the quality of life score in the observation group was（89.63± 2.53） points, which was much higher than that in the control group（P0.05）; the level of patients＇ satisfaction with nursing in the observation group（96.67%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage, comfort nursing can effectively improve the neurological function, enhance the quality of life and increase the level of patients＇ satisfaction with nursing, therefore it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical nursing.
