张力带别针系统内固定对髌骨骨折的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨张力带别针系统配合钢缆内固定对髌骨骨折的治疗作用。方法整群选取该院于2013年1月—2014年1月期间收治的74例髌骨骨折患者作为受试对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各37例。观察组患者采用张力带别针系统内固定治疗,对照组空心钛钉内固定治疗,比较两组临床疗效及并发症情况。结果观察组总有效率(94.59%)显著高于对照组(78.38%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症率(10.81%)显著低于对照组(29.73%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髌骨骨折患者采用张力带别针系统内固定治疗疗效可靠。Objective To discuss the treatment effect of tension band wiring with pin system combined with cable internal fixation for patellar fracture. Methods 74 cases of patients with patellar fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the test object and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each,the observation group were treated with tension band wiring with pin system internal fixation, the control group were treated with hollow titanium screw internal fixation, the clinical curative effect and complication of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（94.59% vs78.38%）, and there was a difference between groups, P〈0.05, the complication rate in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,（10.81% vs 29.73%）, and there was a difference between groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion The curative effect of tension band wiring with pin system internal fixation in treatment of patients with patellar fracture is reliable.
