10-0缝线不同缝线方式在翼状胬肉手术中应用的比较

摘　　要：目的研究翼状胬肉手术中采用10-0缝线通过不同缝线方式的临床效果。方法方便选取60例该院2013年9月—2015年9月期间收治的翼状胬肉患者,根据使用缝线方式的不同分为两组,其中30例患者给予10-0缝线间断缝合作为A组,余30例患者给予10-0缝线连续缝合作为B组;观察两组患者术后1 d、7 d、1个月及3个月眼部的舒适度情况。结果两组患者治疗后,术后1 d:B组眼部舒适度评分(10.7±1.9)明显优于A组的(14.9±2.5),结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但术后7 d、术后1个月及术后3个月两组的眼部舒适度评分情况无明显差异。两组患者术后均未见植片脱落、坏死及溶解,均贴覆良好;A组术后炎性反应轻度16.7%、中度46.7%及重度36.7%与B组术后炎性反应轻度20.0%、中度50.0%及重度30.0%相比较,结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论翼状胬肉手术中采用10-0缝线连续缝合方式固定结膜瓣,有效的提高了患者术后早期眼部的舒适度,提高了治疗效果,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To research the clinical effect of different suture methods of 10-0 suture in the application of operation on pterygium. Methods 60 cases of patients with pterygium admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each according to the different suture methods, the group A were given 10-0 interrupted suture, the group B were given 10-0 continuous suture, the comfort degree in eyes on postoperative 1d, 7d, 1 month and 3months of the two groups was observed. Results After treatment, the comfort degree score in eyes in the group B was obviously better than that in the group A on postoperative 1d,（10.7±1.9） vs（14.9±2.5）, and the result was statistically significant P〈0.05, there was no obvious difference in the comfort degree score in eyes between the two groups on postoperative 7d, 1 month and 3 months, and graft loss, thanatosis and dissolution did not occur to both groups after operation, instead, the pasting and covering was good, the differences in the mild, moderate and severe postoperative inflammatory reaction between the group A and the group B were not statistically significant（16.7%, 46.7%,36.7% vs 20.0%, 50.0%, 30.0%） P〈0.05. Conclusion In the operation on pterygium, 10-0 continuous suture fixing conjunctival flap effectively improves the comfort degree in eyes of patients in the early stage after operation and improves the treatment effect, which is worth clinical application and promotion.
