子宫动脉及脐动脉血流检测在妊娠期高血压疾病中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析子宫动脉及脐动脉血流检测在妊娠期高血压疾病中的临床应用价值。方法选择2010年10月—2015年6月来该院进行产检并分娩的产妇600例,将其分成样该组和对照组,每组300例。样该组是指明确诊断为妊娠期高血压疾病者;对照组是指整个孕期未发生妊娠并发症者。观察两组产妇的子宫动脉及脐动脉各项指标情况。结果两组产妇在子宫动脉血流阻力指标、脐动脉血流阻力指数、围产儿不良结局方面相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压的产妇子宫动脉及脐动脉的血流阻力指标有明显变化,临床医生可将子宫动脉及脐动脉变化作为判断妊娠高血压疾病及围产儿结局的重要指标。Objective To analyze the clinical application value of uterine artery and umbilical artery blood flow detection in the hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy. Methods 600 cases of puerperas detected and giving birth in our hospital from October 2010 to June 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 300 cases in each, the sample group referred to the patients definitely diagnosed with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy, the control group referred to the patients without pregnant complications throughout pregnancy, the various indexes of uterine artery and umbilical artery of the two groups were observed. Results The differences in the uterine artery blood flow resistance index, umbilical artery blood flow resistance index and poor perinatal outcome were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The blood flow resistance indexes of uterine artery and umbilical artery of the puerperas with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy have obvious changes, and the clinical doctor can regard the changes of uterine artery and umbilical artery as the important index to judge the hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy and perinatal outcome.
