某院2012-2014年特殊使用级抗菌药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的调查某三甲专科医院2012-2014年特殊使用级抗菌药物的使用情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法利用医院信息管理系统统计特殊使用级抗菌药物的使用量、销售金额,并计算使用频度(DDDs)、药品限定日费用等指标。结果特殊使用级抗菌药物销售金额逐年上升,但占抗菌药物总金额及药品总金额的比例变化不大。近3年DDDs、销售金额及构成比排在前2位的主要为碳青霉烯类及抗真菌药;其中美罗培南、比阿培南及两性霉素B占前几位,伏立康唑针剂有明显上升的趋势。结论该院特殊使用级抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍需结合具体病例加以分析,加强管理。AIM To survey the use of antimicrobial drugs for special purpose in one grade A class three special hospital and to provide reference for clinical rational use. METHODS We collect statistics of the amount of usage of antimicrobial drugs for special purpose, and calculate the using frequency （DDDs）, defined daily cost and other indexes by using the hospital information management system. RESULTS The sales amount of antimicrobial drugs for special purpose were increasing year by year, but the proportion of antimicrobial total sales amount and the proportion of total sales account accounted for the amount of drug control ratio did not change significantly. The DDDs, sales amount and constituent ratio in the past three years on the top two were mainly carbapenems antibiotics and antifungal drugs. The meropenem, biapenem and amphotericin B ranked fist top in it, and the voriconazole showed a clear upward trend. CONCLUSION The use of antimicrobial drugs for special purpose is basically reasonable, but the management still needs to be strengthened.
