清热养胃合剂主要药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清热养胃合剂的药理作用。方法:以5%乙醇代水供小鼠自由饮用并用附子、干姜、肉桂提取物连续灌胃3 W建立胃热模型,观察清热养胃合剂对小鼠体温和小肠墨汁推进程度的影响;用Na OH晶体烧灼6 s,制备大鼠口腔溃疡模型,观察抗溃疡作用;以二甲苯引起小鼠耳肿胀,观察抗炎作用;以小鼠醋酸扭体实验观察镇痛作用。结果:本品可以抑制胃热小鼠的体温升高、提高其小肠墨汁推进率、促进小肠的蠕动;促进大鼠口腔溃疡的恢复;能有效地抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀,但镇痛作用不明显。结论:清热养胃合剂具有一定的清热、抗炎、抑制口腔溃疡作用。Objective： To observe the pharmacological actions of Qingre Yangwei Miture. Methods：Models of stomach - heat were built by drinking 50% alcohol and taking extract of Aconite, Rhizoma Zingiberis and Cinnamon bark for three weeks , the effects of Qingre Yangwei Mixture were observed about body temperature and ink - propelling rate. Observing the stomatocace - preventive effect by NaOH crystal cauterizing for 6 secods. Anti - inflammatory effect were observed by ear＇ s swelling caused by xylene. Mice＇ s body twisting induced by ace- tic acid was used to observe the analgesic function. Results：Qingre Yangwei Mixture could inhibit the mice＇ s temperature ascending, increase the ink -propelling rate and advance small intestine peristalsis, could promote the recovery of stomatocace, inhibit ear＇ s swelling, but analgesia effect wasn＇ t obvious. Conclusion： Qingre Yangwei Mixture had the effects of reducing fever, anti -inflammatory, inhibiting stomatocace.
