肩周炎针刀微创治疗的基础与临床研究

摘　　要：肩周炎好发于中年人，特别是50岁左右的妇女，是临床常见病。对于该病，中医与西医的认识理论不同，而建立在中西医结合理论基础上的小针刀疗法是一种较好的微创治疗手段，需要整理和推广。近10年来对肩周炎理论研究和治疗方案的文献不断出现，但仍不够系统，对策亦无统一标准。本文将通过研究和分析，整理相关观点，旨在为肩周炎的治疗提供有益的参考。Scapulohumeral periarthritis is a kind of clinical common disease, which mostly occurs in middle-aged people, especially women around 50-year-old. For the disease, the knowledge between Chinese medicine and western medicine are different, while acupotomy which is based on the theory of integrated Chinese and western medicine is a kind of superior minimally invasive therapy, needs arrangement and promotion. In recent de- cade, the literatures about the theoretical researches and therapeutic regimens of scapulohumeral periarthritis has constantly emerged, but they are still not systematic enough and the measures also have no unified standard. This article would arrange the related viewpoints through the researches and analysis, in order to provide useful references for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis
