重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液防治鼻中隔穿孔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）滴眼液对鼻中隔穿孔的防治作用。方法：76例行鼻中隔矫正术的鼻中隔偏曲患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各38例，治疗组采用bFGF滴眼液浸润可吸收明胶海绵联合凡士林纱条填塞鼻腔，对照组不使用滴眼液，观察两组患者鼻中隔穿孔及鼻粘膜修复情况。结果：治疗组鼻中隔穿孔发生率明显低于对照组（P〈O．01）；治疗组鼻中隔粘膜修复情况优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：bFGF滴眼液可有效预防鼻中隔穿孔，促进鼻中隔矫正术后伤口修复。Objective： To investigate the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） eye drops in prevention and treatment of perforation of nasal septum. Methods： 76 cases of patients with deviation of nasal septum who had accepted nasal septal construction were randomly divided into treatment group （38 cases） and control group （38 cases）, the treatment group used the bFGF eye drops to infiltrate the absorbable gelatin sponge and filled the nasal cavity with vaseline gauze, while the control group not used, observed the situation of perforation of nasal septum and na- sal mucosa recovery of two groups. Results： The occurrence of perforation of nasal septum of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.01）; the situation of the nasal mucosa recovery of treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The bFGF eye drops can effectively prevent perforation of nasal septum and promote the wound healing after nasal septal construction.
