摘　　要：目的：探讨护理干预对不同年龄段干眼症患者抑郁一焦虑一压力的影响。方法：120例干眼症患者根据年龄分为三组，均采取药物治疗及护理干预，DASS．21量表及社会支持量表（SSS）评价其效果。结果：护理后三组患者抑郁、焦虑、压力评分均显著低于护理前（P〈0．05）。且三组抑郁、焦虑、压力评分比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）：三组患者社会支持评分比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：护理干预可提高干眼症患者的治疗效果。Objective： To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on depression-anxiety-stress of xerophthalmia patients with different ages. Methods： 120 cases of xerophthalmia patients were divided into 3 groups according to their ages, all of them were treated by medication and given nursing intervention, and evaluated the effect by DASS-21 scale and social support scale （SSS）. Results： After nursing, the depression, anxiety and stress scores of 3 groups were all significantly lower than those of before nursing （P〈0.05）, and among of which had significant differences （P〈0.05）; the SSS scores among 3 groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect of xeroph- thalmia.
