英国体育产业发展方式及其经验借鉴

摘　　要：英国是全球体育产业发源地,研究发现:英国体育产业规模稳步增长,体育消费水平不断提高,形成多业并举的发展格局;发展方式呈现要素创新驱动、集约带动、产业结构优化、消费拉动的鲜明特征;而体育运动走向生活化、体育项目实现组织化、公共服务达到均等化、政府定位趋于服务化、经营环境逐步完善化,是英国体育产业发展方式走向成熟的主要驱动力。英国的经验表明,产业应该坚持依托优良的产业质量、巨大的消费需求、完善的产业制度、稳固的产业基础,以驱动体育产业发展,从而实现体育产业发展方式的顺利转型和升级。Britain is the birthplace of the global sports industry. It is found that the British sports industry scale witnesses rapid rise,with pattern of multiple industries being formed and level of consumption being enhanced constantly. The development is characterized by improved quality and fast,cluster optimization. Sports begin find its way into daily lives and sports events are carried out through organization. Communal services are distributed evenly among population. Meanwhile,government is mainly to provide services with market environment being optimized,which has constitute drive force to move forward British sports industry. The experience gained in Britain shows that high-quality,immense market demand and perfect rules shall be the foundation of sports industry,by which developing mode of the industry could achieve smooth transformation and upgrading.
