摘 要:文章提出一种识别混合线路故障区域及故障位置的方法。首先在混合线路接头处安装柔性光互感器,通过光缆将电流信息传递给安装在变电站内的保护装置,保护装置将接收到的各测点的电流信息进行同步,然后综合电流差动保护元件完成故障区域识别;识别出故障区域后,再根据各段电缆或架空线各自线路参数及测量到的电压及电流信息,设置合适的故障测距时间,完成故障位置的精确计算。文章基于不同电压等级的系统进行了RTDS仿真,模拟了各种不同故障位置及故障阻抗的情况,测试结果证明了本方法的有效性,能够可靠计算故障位置。A new solution for the discrimination of fault zone and fault location on hybrid line is proposed in this paper.By the installation of flexible optical current transformer(FOCT)at the junction where cable is linked with overhead line,the current value is sent to protection relay installed in substation via optical cable.After the obtainment of current at both sides,the relay in substation will synchronise the currents of both sides,then the fault section can be discriminated based on the philosophy of integrated current differential protection.After the discrimination of fault section,the fault location can be calculated accurately according to the parameters of each section respectively based on the voltage and current from both sides.Finally,the RTDS simulation test is established and implemented on different voltage levels.Cases are studied and evaluated with various fault locations and fault impedances.The test results prove that this method can effectively distinguish the fault location properly as designed.
