D-2B型喷淋式液体分布器的性能研究

摘　　要：在Ф1 000mm的有机玻璃塔中,采用水对D-2B型喷淋式液体分布器的分布性能和液滴运动踪迹进行研究的结果表明：D-2B型喷淋式液体分布器的分布不均匀度系数低于0.042,分布性能优异;不同液体流量下的液滴平均粒径大小在1 650-2 250μm,高于液滴沉降所需粒径800μm。在工业应用中喷头安装高度不低于500mm为宜。The distribution performance and liquid droplets' trajectories of the D-2B spray type liquid distributor are studied with water in a φ1 000 mm synthetic glass tower.The results show that the distribution non-uniformity coefficient is smaller than0.042,which is exceptional.Under different liquid flow rates,the average droplet nominal diameter ranges from 1 650 μm to 2 250 μm.This is greater than 800 μm which is necessary for a droplet setting.No less than 500 mm installation height is advisable in industrial application.
