摘 要:文章以某石化公司挤压机YR7001减速箱齿轮故障分析为例,采用油液分析技术对其进行长期监测,建立油品理化指标和铁谱定量数据随运行时间变化曲线,并通过铁谱定性分析判断减速箱齿轮磨损故障原因及磨损状态变化趋势。通过分析,确定了该机组减速箱油品老化严重,造成了齿轮啮合区域润滑不良,导致齿轮出现严重的疲劳磨损、磨粒磨损和腐蚀磨损,存在点蚀现象,磨损严重部位为驱动轮靠近轴承端,并提出了相应的建议及今后监测措施。This paper takes the gearbox of petrochemical extrusion granulation unit YR-7001 in certain petrochemical company as an example.Oil analysis technology is adopted to monitor the gearbox for a long term.The change curves of physical and chemical indicators of oil and ferrograph quantitative data with running time of the unit are established.Through ferrograph qualitative analysis,the wear failure causes and wear tendency of the gearbox can be diagnosed.Through analysis,it is determined that the lubricate oil of the gearbox is aging seriously,leading to poor lubrication in gear meshing area and serious fatigue wear,abrasive wear and corrosion wear on the gear area.And pitting corrosion appears.The serious wear part of the gear is the driving wheel close to bearing.The paper then puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures for future monitoring.
