摘　　要：数字卫星电视作为我国电视覆盖观看的一种技术手段,安装简单,无需铺设管道,并且从安全管控的角度出发,相关单位也制定了安全标准。但目前国内市场上,出现了破解型卫星电视接收机,对合法市场产生了冲击影响。针对该种情况的出现,本文提出了一种对卫星电视码流加解扰的解决方案,使用该方案,可以大幅度的提升卫星电视接收的安全性,达到管控的目的。As a technical means of television coverage of China, Digital satellite TV installation is simple, donot need to lay pipes, and from the point of view of security control, the relevant units have also developed a safety standard. But at present in the domestic market, there is a crack type satellite TV receiver, which has a impact on the legitimate market. In view of this kind of situation, this paper proposes a solution to the satellite TV stream scrambling solution, which can improve the security of satellite TV receiving by large scale and achieve the purpose of control.
