摘　　要：结合已投产的12万t/a联醇装置,介绍甲醇塔内件特点、安装流程、试压方法;详细说明催化剂的装填,催化剂升温还原程序、要领,延长催化剂使用寿命的措施以及系统开停车方法、注意事项。The paper introduces characteristics, installation process, and pressure test methods of methanol tower internals,combining 120 000t/a methanol plant which has put into production, it detailedly describes catalyst loading, catalyst temperature reduction program, essentials, as well as measures to extend the service life of catalyst, systems startup and shutdown and matters need attention.
