摘　　要：党对军队的绝对领导是我军的军魂。以法治方式坚持党对军队的绝对领导，就是通过法治路径捍卫军魂。以法治方式坚持党对军队的绝对领导，必须把握好四个方面的问题：依法治军形势下的法治方式，党对军队绝对领导的基本军事制度在我国宪法和法律中的体现，军委主席负责制必须维护和落实，党对军队绝对领导的军队法治生态环境必须不断完善和落实。The absolute leadership of the Communist Party of China over the army is the soul of our army. The rule of law to adhere to the Party＇s absolute leadership over the army is to defend the soul through the path of law. To adhere to the party＇s absolute leadership over the armed forces in the way of rule of law,four issues should be put a high premium on：the gov- erning manner under the situation of rule of law in the army, the military system reflected in the Constitution and the law, maintaining and implementing the overall responsibility of the Chainman of the Central Military Commission, and constantly improve military ecological environment of rule of law.
