摘  要:印度JSPL公司445 m^3高炉升级改造后将炉容扩大至686 m^3。利用现有445 m^3高炉基础及框架,高炉本体重新设计,采用长寿综合技术:矮胖操作炉型;炭砖+陶瓷杯炉底炉缸结构;冷却壁全覆盖薄壁内衬;炉腹到炉身中部高热负荷区域采用4段铜冷却壁;软水密闭循环系统;水冷炉底结构;完善的炉体检测。高炉投产后取得了良好的技术经济指标,平均日产量达到2 100 t/d,利用系数达到2.77 t/(m^3·d),燃料比为530 kg/t,煤比为180 kg/t,风温为1 200℃。The furnace volume expanded to 686 m^3 after the upgrade of 445 m^3 BF in India JSPL Company. The existing 445 m^3 BF foundation and frame is utilized to make new design for BF with long service life comprehensive technologies, including short and stout type furnace shape, carbon brick + ceramic cup bottom and hearth structure, cooling stave full-cover thin wall liner, bosh to shaft middle part high thermal load area adopts copper cooling stave, combined soft water closed circulation system, water cooling bottom structure, and perfect furnace body detection. The BF achieved good technical and economic indexes after commissioning. The highest daily output is 2 100 t/d, the coefficient of utilization reaches 2.77t/(m^3·d), fuel ratio is 530 kg/t, coal ratio is 180 kg/t and the blast temperature is 1 200 ℃。
