摘　　要：针对蓄热式加热炉燃烧过程中热值变化导致燃烧不稳定的问题,利用检测烟气氧含量动态改变空燃比,使加热炉在各种燃烧工况条件下,燃料在烧嘴内充分混合,从而提高燃烧效率,节约能源,减少氧化烧损。Aiming at the shortcoming of combustion instability because of calorific value changes in combustion process of regenerative furnace, the air-fuel ratio is changed according to the oxygen content in gas of detect in furnace, which could make fuel full mixed in burner in various combustion conditions of furnace and improve combustion efficiency, save energy and reduce oxidation loss.
