摘 要:自改革开放以来,西方管理学的相关理论逐步进入中国学者的视野,在中国的学术界和企业管理实践活动当中发挥着越来越大的作用。但由于目前中国学者在研究过程当中,存在着单纯依赖西方管理理论、盲目追求理论的一般性结果,以及问题的提出脱离实践等现象,管理学研究目前面临着理论和现实相脱节的困境。为了促进中国管理学向着更为健康,更有助于中国经济建设实践的方向发展,本文将从管理学研究的出发点、文化适应性和问题剖析角度等方面,提出使管理学研究更加面向中国实际问题的建议。Since the reform and opening up, various theories of western management gradually have entered the vision of Chinese scholars, and are playing an increasingly important role in Chinese academia and business management practice. But problems arise that Chinese scholars simply rely on western management theories to pursue universal results of the theories blindly and put forward questions regardless of Chinese reality. Management is currently faced with the dilemma of disjunction between theory and reality. In order to promote the development of Chinese Management in the direction of helping China's economic construction, the paper put forth some suggestions to help orient management study to the practical problems of China from three aspects: the starting point of management, cultural adaptability and the perspective of problem analysis.
