摘 要:在钢板模翻边成型中经常能遇到因为产品翻边或成型角度变化大、型面复杂、进料快等而导致的起皱、开裂、冲压件强度不足、生产质量不稳定等情况。一般遇到此种情况现场模具钳工会把翻边间隙缩小或者设计增加工序来消除这样的异常,但最终效果都不是很理想,这样的处理方法会增加客户开发模具成本,会使模具钳工的工作量加大,生产成本加大;另一方面钳工调试时间增加效果难以控制最终效果。为解决上述难题,降低产品及冲压模具开发成本,开发出了一种成型外压料结构,它能够有效的降低因进料过快引起的翻边起皱及开裂现象。During the steel plate flanging die forming processing,can often encountered many problems,such as the workpiece come out wrinkling, cracking, and stamping parts have insufficient strength, production quality is not stable caused by big angle changing, complex the faces of molds and fast feed. Generally, in this situation the mold fitter will shrink flanging clearance or design process to eliminate such anoma-lies, but the result is not ideal. Such resolution would increase the cost of customer development mold, also can make the workload of mold fitter, increasing production cost; on the other hand, the debugging time increasing make it difficult to control the final effect. In order to solve the above problem, reduce the cost of products and stamping die development, a pressing molding structure has been developed. it can effec-tively reduce wrinkling and cracking which caused by feeding too fast flange.
