摘　　要：对于一个企业来说,管理内涵的提升,人少化、智能化、低成本、高人均生产率必将成为企业生存的前提。基于烟草企业设备管理中存在的问题,论文将精益TnPM应用到设备管理中,以此提升设备管理的效率,为行业"十三五"期间的发展打下基础,促进卷烟再上新水平。As for an enterprise, the premise of enterprise survival must be the improvement of management connotation,less people,intelligentialized,low cost and high productivity per employee. Based on the problems existing in the tobacco enterprise equipment management,this text applies TnPM to equipment management. The purpose of this arrangement is to improve the efficiency of equipment management;lay the foundation for the development of tobacco industry during the period of 13 th Five Year Plan and promote cigarette to a new level.
