摘　　要：论文主要设计了MP4的镁合金外壳的冲压成型模具,MP4的镁合金上、下壳采用冲压级进模生产,加工过程包括冲孔、切边、拉深等,上下壳零件分别设计了一套模具。The main of this article is to design the stamping mold shell of MP4 magnesium alloy,The upper and lower shell of MP4 magnesium alloy use the progressive stamping die production. The machining process include punching and trimming,drawing etc. The upper shell and the lower shell parts are designed a sets of moulds.
