摘　　要：目的利用信息化手段实现门诊医嘱输液电子化管理。方法根据医院实际情况和日常门诊业务需求,基于"军字一号"软件体系和数据结构,设计了门诊医嘱管理系统。该系统由管理模块、公用模块、医生模块、护士模块组成。结果门诊医嘱管理系统在医院门诊正式上线使用后,门诊医护人员工作效率得到较大提高,输液安全得到了保证,真正实现了门诊医嘱输液电子化管理。结论门诊医嘱以数字化形式存储,保留了珍贵的医疗数据,为今后进行门诊医嘱分析、统计和绩效考核奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the realization of electronical management of outpatient orders for intravenous medication via informationalized means. Methods According to the practical situation and routine outpatient service, a management system of outpatient orders was designed on the basis of software system and data structure of No.1 Military Medical Project. This system is composed of the management module, the public module, the doctor module and the nurse module. Results After outpatient department applied the management system of outpatient orders, the efficiency of the staffs in the outpatient department is greatly improved and the transfusion safety is guaranteed. The electronical management of outpatient orders via intravenous medication is realized indeed. Conclusion Outpatient orders are stored in the digital from, retaining the precious medical data. It lays the foundation of analysis and statistics of outpatient orders and performance assessment for future.
