摘　　要：目的构建区域内网上实时预约挂号系统,为市民提供便捷就医服务。方法以区域卫生信息平台为载体,对常熟市全部医疗机构的预约挂号资源集中管理,实现区域卫生信息平台与医院实时进行预约挂号信息交换。结果为公众提供了覆盖全市范围的门诊及专家资源信息;为市民提供了统一、完善和便捷的预约诊疗服务。结论建立区域预约挂号系统,可避免各医院自建预约挂号网站的重复建设,同时也获得了良好的社会效益。Objective The regional real-time online appointment and registration system was constructed, in order to provide convenient medical service for citizens. Methods Regional health information platform was used as a carrier, managing the appointment and registration resources of all medical institutions from Changshu intensively, in order to realize the exchange between regional health information platform and the information of real-time hospital appointment and registration. ResultsThe real-time online reservation and registration system provides the public with citywide outpatient and specialist resources. It also provides the public with a unified, comprehensive, and convenient reservation service. Conclusion The establishment of the regional appointment and registration system not only prevents the unnecessary duplication of information systems from different hospitals, it also provides benefits for the social community in the city of Changshu.
