消炎利胆分散片治疗急性咽炎的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的研究消炎利胆分散片对急性咽炎的治疗作用。方法试验时动物随机分组,设正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组和实验组;实验采用氨水致急性咽炎模型,观察受试药物对咽部炎症组织的影响;通过二甲苯致耳肿实验观察受试药物的抗炎作用。结果消炎利胆分散片低、中、高剂量组均可显著降低氨水致急性咽炎大鼠咽部黏膜炎细胞浸润及上皮增生程度(P<0.01);消炎利胆分散片可提高小鼠对热刺激的痛阈值;消炎利胆分散片低、中、高剂量组均能显著降低小鼠耳部的肿胀度(P<0.01),其对肿胀的抑制率分别为31%、42%、42%。结论消炎利胆分散片对急性咽炎有治疗作用,同时具有抗炎、镇痛的药理作用。OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyanlidan dispersible tablets treatment on the acute pharygitis.METHODS Experimental animals were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,positive control group and experimental group. The anti acute pharyngitis effect of Xiaoyanlidan dispersible tablets was evaluated by judging from histopathology of KM rat acute pharyngitis model induced with ammonia. The anti inflammation effect of Xiaoyanlidan dispersible tablets was evaluated through the mouse ear swelling induced by xylene tests. RESULTS The low,medium and high dose group can significantly reduce the pharyngeal mucosa inflammatory cell infiltration,and degree of epithelial hyperplasia on acute pharyngitis rat caused by the ammonia（ P〈0.01）. Xiaoyanlidan dispersible tablets can improve the pain threshold to thermal stimulation of mice; It could significantly inhibited the mice ear swelling（ P 〈0. 01）,and its inhibition of swelling rate were 31%,42% and 42%,respectively. CONCLUSION Xiaoyanlidan dispersible tablets has therapeutic effect on acute pharyngitis,it has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesia effects.
