摘　　要：目的建立鱼肝油软膏质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,柱温：30℃,流动相为甲醇,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为325 nm。结果维生素A醋酸酯在2.58~7.74μg/m L浓度范围内,线性关系良好（r=0.999 6）,测得平均回收率为99.56%,RSD为0.18%。结论本法准确可靠,可用于鱼肝油软膏的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a content determination method for the Cod liver oil ointment. METHODS HPLC was carried out on column of Eclipse XDB-C18（ 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,and column temperature was 30 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of methanol with flow rate of 1.0 m L / min,and the detecting wavelength was at 325 nm. RESULTS The linear range of Vitamin A Acetate was 2.58-7.74 μg / m L（ r = 0.999 6）,and the average recovery was 99.56%,RSD = 0.18%. CONCLUSION This method is reliable and accurate for the quality control of Cod liver oil ointment.
