摘　　要：分析医院图书馆内涵建设含义,提出医院图书馆内涵建设有效措施,包括开展定题服务、开办培训讲座、做好文献资源建设、培养复合型人才、诚信服务、实现信息资源数字化、开发特色医学信息网站、面向患者和公众普及医学知识等,为医院可持续发展提供高质量的文献信息服务。The paper analyzes the meaning of connotation construction of hospital libraries,proposes effective measures for connotation construction,including selective dissemination of information,training and seminars,construction of literature resources,cultivation of interdisciplinary talents,integrity services,digitization of information resources,development of featured medical information websites,popularization of medical knowledge among patients and the public,etc.,so as to provide high-quality literature information services for the sustainable development of hospitals.
