摘  要:利用人工气候室模拟短日照10h、自然日照13h、长日照16h,观察17份南苜蓿种质从真叶展开至初花期的天数,计算其长日照开花促进率(LD-FHR),并运用Sidak方法对南苜蓿初花期性状的因子水平进行了多重比较。结果表明,不同南苜蓿种质对光周期的敏感度差异较大。来自江苏海安的种质MP-2-14的LD-FHR值为45.56%,显著高于其他种质(P<0.05),表现为光周期敏感;来自浙江温岭的种质MP-1-14的LD-FHR值为11.34%,显著低于其他种质(P<0.05),表现为光周期钝感。光照13h、16h对大多数种质的初花期影响不显著。南苜蓿初花期受种质特性和光周期的显著影响,且二者间存在显著互作,其中光周期对初花期的影响最大,说明不同种质对光周期有特殊的适应性,即不同光周期条件是南苜蓿初花期存在差异的主要外部因素。The characters response of 17 burr medic germplasms to different photoperiod was studied and the influence factors were analyzed.The time from true leaf expanding to early-flowering time of 17 germplasms were observed and recorded under different simulated daylight using artificial climate chamber(10hof short daylight,13 hof natural daylight,and 16 hof long daylight),and the values of long day flowering hastening rate(LD-FHR)were calculated,respectively.Multiple comparison was made in factor levels of early-flowering time with the Sidak method.The results showed that photoperiod sensitivity of different burr medic germplasm varied significantly.The MP-2-14 from Haian,Jiangsu had an LD-FHR value of 45.56%,which was significantly higher than the other germplasms(P〈0.05),and was sensitive to photoperiod;the MP-1-14 from Wenling,Zhejiang had an LD-FHR value of 11.34%,which was significantly lower than the other germplasms(P〈0.05),and was insensitive to photoperiod.When the germplasm were the same,the effect of daylight(13h,16h)on the early-flowering time for the vast majority of germplasms was not significant.When the daylight was fixed at 13 h,the influence of daylight on MP-7-14,MP-9-14 showed no significant difference when comparing with the other germplasms,respectively.In addition,early-flowering time of burr medic were affected significantly by germplasm characters and photoperiod,and there was a significant interaction between them.The photoperiod had larger influence on the early-flowering time,which indicated that the germplasm characters had special adaptability to photoperiod,that is,different photoperiod was the main external factor for the differences in early-flowering time of burr medic germplasm.
