摘  要:为明确短花针茅荒漠草原群落中植物根系分泌物的特性,采用砂培法对其建群种短花针茅和优势种无芒隐子草和冷蒿的根系分泌物进行了收集,经气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对其组分进行了鉴定。短花针茅根系分泌物组分共检测到22种有机物质,无芒隐子草和冷蒿根系分泌物各检测到20种有机物。三种植物的根系分泌物均含有酯类、烃类、酚类和酰胺类物质,共有7种组分,其中乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯和1-丙烯-1,2,3-三羧酸-三丁基酯既是三种植物根系分泌物的共有成分,也是主要成分。1,2-二甲苯和芥酸酰胺的相对含量在建群种中显著高于优势种,推断其可能与荒漠草原植物群落生态位的分化有关。To study root exudates characteristics of constructive species and dominant species in desert steppe communities in Inner Mongolia,sand culture method was adapted to extract root exudates.In the desert steppe in Inner Mongolia,Stipa breviflorais constructive species while Cleistogenes songorica and Artemisia frigid are dominant species.The extraction was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for identifying its components.Twenty-two kinds of chemical ingredients were detected from root exudates of Stipa breviflora,and twenty kinds of chemical ingredients were detected from root exudates of Cleistogenes songoricaand Artemisiafrigida.There were esters,hydrocarbons,phenols and amides in three kinds of plant root exudates,and seven kinds of components were same in the three plants root exudates,tributylacetylcitrate and 1-Propene-1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid,tributyl ester were the main and common root exudates components of the three dominant species in desert grassland,The relative content of o-xylene and(Z)-13-Docosenamide in constructive species was significantly higher than that in dominant species,so it was surmised that o-xylene and(Z)-13-Docosenamidemay had relationship with the niche differentiation of plant species in desert steppe communities.
