摘  要:目的研究心脏病患者心率减速力(DC)及心率变异性(HRV)时域、频域值的相关性及临床意义。方法150例心律失常、冠心病、高血压心脏病、心肌病或肺源性心脏病患者(心脏病组)和100例人口学特征相配的无心脏器质性疾病患者(对照组)接受24h动态心电图检测,离线后计算出各组的DC及HRV值。结果心脏病患者各组的Dc值及HRV值均显著低于对照组(均P〈0.05),其中心肌病患者DC值最低。心脏病患者各组DC均与HRV时域、频域值呈正相关(均P〈0.05)。结论DC与HRV时域、频域值有较好的相关性,DC检测可以判断心脏病患者自主神经功能一迷走神经张力高低状态,预测出猝死的高危人群,定期监测并及早进行临床干预,可能有助于预防猝死的发生。Objective To investigate the correlation between deceleration capacity of the heart rate(DC) and heart rate variability (HRV) and analyze the clinical value of DC in heart disease patients. Methods 150 patients with arrhythmia, coronary artery diseases, hypertensive heart diseases, cardiomyopathy or pulmonary heart diseases as heart diseases group and 100 dempgraPhically,matched patients without heart diseases as control group underwent 24 h Hoher testing, and DC and HRV values were calculated. Results The DC and and HRV values of the heart diseases group were both significantly lower than those of the control group (both P 〈0.05). The DC value of the patients with cardiomyopathy was the lowest. The DC value of the heart diseases patients was positively correlated with the HRV time domain and frequency domain (both P 〈0.05). Conclusion Easily and noninvasively obtained, and well correlated with HRV, DC can serve as an early warning for high-risky heart disease patients.
