摘 要:合理确定天然气管道安全距离,不仅可以减少和避免事故造成的人员和财产损失,而且可以为管线的合理设计及城市土地规划提供依据。通过分析天然气管道失效概率和失效后果,建立天然气管道个人风险计算模型。根据《危险化学品生产、储存装置个人可接受风险和社会可接受风险标准》所规定的个人风险可接受标准,划分了管道周边不同的风险区域,确定了新建及在役天然气管道的安全距离。以某段天然气管道为例,计算了个人风险和安全距离,为在役及新建天然气管道安全距离的确定提供参考。To determine the safety distance for natural gas pipeline rationally will not only reduce the injuries and economic loss caused by accidents,but also provide reference for rational design of pipeline and urban land-use planning.An individual risk calculation model is established through analyzing the failure probability and consequence of natural gas pipeline.After the individual risk distribution is obtained,risk zones along the gas pipeline are divided according to corresponding individual risk value stipulated by The Individual and Social Acceptable Risk for Dangerous Chemicals Production and Storage Device and safety distance for natural gas pipeline are determined for newly built and in-service natural gas pipeline.A natural gas pipeline in China is used as an example to calculate the individual risk and safety distance along the gas pipeline,which provides reference for the determination of safety distances for newly built and in-service natural gas pipeline.
