摘  要:塔河油田属于奥陶系油气藏,所产原油物性主要表现为粘度高、密度大、富含硫化氢,通过采取气提脱硫工艺和加注脱硫剂的方法,有效地降低了塔河重质稠油中的硫化氢含量,通过对脱硫化氢前后原油中硫化氢含量的对比分析,塔库首站出站原油硫化氢含量均在安全阈限值范围内,通过加装静态混合器,使脱硫剂配比度进一步得到优化,节约了成本费用,经济效益显著,同时塔河油田重质稠油脱硫处理工艺的成功应用,为其他油田处理高含硫化氢原油提供了解决思路,具有一定的借鉴意见和参考价值。Tahe oilfield is an Ordovician reservoir.Physical properties of the crude oil produced in Tahe oilfield include high viscosity,high density,and rich in hydrogen sulfide.Through the adoption of distilling desulfurization process and desulfurizer perfusion method,the content of hydrogen sulfide in heavy crude oil from Tahe oilfield is reduced effectively.Through comparison and analysis of the hydrogen sulfide content before and after desulfurization,the hydrogen sulfide content of the original crude oil from the first station of Taku is found to be within the safe threshold range.After installation of static mixer,the proportion of desulfurizer is further optimized.This saves cost and brings significant economic profits.Meanwhile,the successful application of desulfurization process of Tahe heavy crude oil provides reliable solution for processing crude oil with high hydrogen sulfide in other oilfields.And it has certain reference value.
