摘  要:目的:观察冬令膏方治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:76例确诊患者纳入研究,随机分为治疗组40例,对照组36例,对照组予吸入剂常规治疗,治疗组加用冬令膏方治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能,并观察两组不良反应。结果:基于中医症状积分的疗效观察提示治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P=0.036)。两组治疗前后第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC(用力肺活量)比较,P<0.05,提示两组治疗均有效。治疗后两组FEV1比较,P=0.61,提示两组治疗方案对FEV1的改善差异无统计学意义。治疗后治疗组FEV1/FVC与对照组比较,P=0.042,提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:冬令膏方能较好改善稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床症状,稳定患者肺功能。Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of Dongling paster on treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in stable phase. Methods:Total of 76 patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group(n=36) and treatment group(n=40). The control group was treated with conventional inhalation therapy. Based with treatment of the control group,Dongling paster was added in treatment group. The clinical efficacy and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups. Results:The clinical efficacy based on TCM symptom score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P=0.036). The pulmonary function FEV1 、FEV1/FVC were both improved in the two groups after treatment(P〈0.05). There was no obvious difference between the two groups in improving pulmonary function FEV1,P=0.61. In improving pulmonary function of FEV1/FVC,the treatment group was better than the control group,P=0.042. There was no obvious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion:Dongling paster is efficient and safe to treat COPD in stable phase. It can keep the symptoms and the pulmonary function stable.
