四神片联合美沙拉嗪治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨四神片联合美沙拉嗪口服治疗脾。肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效，将120例脾。肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例，对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服，观察组在此基础上给予四神片口服，2组均治疗4周，对比2组患者疗效。结果显示，观察组总有效率（96．7％，58／60）显著高于对照组（63．3％，38／60），P〈0．05。对2组治愈的70例患者随访1年，观察组复发率（22．2％，10／45）显著低于对照组（72．0％，18／25），P〈0．05。结果表明，四神片联合美沙拉嗪治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效肯定。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of Sishen Pian （a kind of Chinese drug tablet） plus mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis（UC） with syndrome of yang-deficiency of both the spleen and the kidney. The 120 patients with this UC were randomly divided into observation group and control one, 60 cases for each;the former orally administered Sishen Plan and mesalazine enteric-coated tablets while the latter,only mesalazine;after 4 weeks treatment both group＇s efficacy was compared.As results,in total effective rate and in the recurrence rate of the cured 70 cases after the follow-up of a year there all was statistical difference（96.7 % ,58/60 vs 63.3 %, 38/60, p 〈 0.05 ; 22.2 %, 10/45 vs 72.0 %, 18/ 25, P 〈0.05）.Results show that Sishen Pian plus mesalazine in the treatment of UC with syndrome of yang-deficiency of both the spleen and the kidney has certain effect.
