滋肾止泻合剂治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨滋。肾止泻合剂口服治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效，回顾62例脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎患者资料，其中32例口服滋肾止泻合剂治疗（治疗组），30例口服柳氮磺吡啶治疗（对照组），对比两种方法治疗的患者疗效。结果显示，在综合疗效、中医证候疗效、镜下肠黏膜病变疗效方面，治疗组均优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，滋肾安神合剂口服治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。In order to investigate the effect of a mixture for tonifying kidney and arresting diarrhea in the treatment of ulcerative colitis（UC）,author retrospectively reviewed the data of 62 cases of UC with syndrome of yang-deficiency of both the spleen and the kidney,among them 32 cases orally administered this mixture （as treatment group）,another 30 cases, salazosulfapyridine（as control group）,and compared the curative effects of both groups. As results, in whole effect, TCM effect on symptoms and signs, and improvement of microscoped mucosa lesion,treatment group was superior to control one（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that orally administering this mixture to treat above UC has determined effect,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
