亚甲蓝肛周封闭联合除湿止痒汤熏洗治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨亚甲蓝肛周封闭联合除湿止痒汤熏洗治疗肛周湿疹的疗效，将70例肛周湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各35例，治疗组采用亚甲蓝肛周封闭联合除湿止痒汤熏洗法治疗，对照组单纯采用亚甲蓝肛周封闭法治疗，治疗1个月后评价近期疗效，随访6个月统计复发率，并进行对比分析。结果显示，治疗组痊愈25例，显效8例，有效2例，总显效率为94．3％（33／35）；对照组痊愈23例，显效9例，有效3例，总显效率为91．4％（32／35）。2组近期疗效比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05。随访6个月，治疗组复发3例（8．6％，3／35），对照组复发8例（22．9％，8／35）。2组复发率比较差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结果表明，亚甲蓝肛周封闭联合除湿止痒汤熏洗治疗肛周湿疹远期疗效确切，复发率低。This study was to investigate the efficacy of perianal blocking with methylene blue and fumigation ＆ washing with Chushi Zhiyang Tang（authros-self design Chinese drugs decoction formula） in the treatment of perianal eczema.The 70 cases of this disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases for each group; the former received above therapy,while the latter, only perianal blocking with methylene blue,after 1 month treatment both group＇s short-term effect was evaluated,after the follow-up of 6 months the recurrence rate was recorded;then above results were compared and analysed between both groups.As results,in the former 25 cases were cured,8 of excellent response,2 of response, thus total significantly effective rate was 94.3%（33/35）, meanwhile,in the latter,23,9,3, thus 91.4% （32/ 35）,respectively,there was no statistical difference in short-term effect（ P 〉0.05）;but after the follow-up of 6 months there was statistical difference（P 〈0.05） in recurrence rate [the former vs the latter,8.6% （3/35） vs 22.9% （8/35）]. Results show that above combination therapy for perianal eczema has certain effect, and low recurrence rate.
